The board is also 100% compatible with other WCH microcontrollers such as the CH32V006K8U7 and CH32V007K8U6. 29 of the 31 available GPIOs are available for use (2 are reserved for the optional high-speed external crystal oscillator). UART1 serial communications are available directly over the USB connection. The programming header can be directly attached to the WCH-LinkE for easy flashing.
