Oracle Database 12c IPv6 enabled CRS RAC (Grid Infrastructure)

Oracle Database 12c Release 1 fully supports IPv6. Here is how to add IPv6 support to VIPs and SCANs in a 12c RAC cluster. The VIPs, SCANs and their listeners will support both IPv4 and IPv6 and addresses from both families will relocate between RAC nodes as normal. It is only assumed that the servers already have a host IPv6 address assigned via auto-configuration.

Finding information on setting up the Grandstream Handy Tone 503 (HT 503) analogue telephone adapter (ATA) for the UK on Virgin Media telephone network was a difficult and time consuming task. Following a further security certificate breach, is it time to accept that the SSL ecosystem is broken?
SSL is responsible for many things such as to
- encrypt information to prevent snooping;
- prevent the replay of packets;
- authenticate the server, and

World IPv6 Day

On the 8th June 2011 the World IPv6 Day begins. Many major organisations will be taking part by enabling IPv6 on their main URLs for one day. Octave Computing Limited will be taking part. In fact we have been IPv6-connected on all services since our domain was registered. We welcome any progress towards restoring the end-to-end connectivity that made the Internet into what it was.
