The latest in the PiRoute suite, the PiRoute*Slim is a compact and standalone tool for converting any UART serial port to be reachable via SSH over WiFi. It is a drop-in replacement for Bluetooth RFCOMM dongles such as the HC-06, but offers considerably more flexibility and functionality. Online documentation is available.

Code for these devices is not available at the moment. However I have been publishing some of this is as library code, e.g.
